Administrators of Saint Louis College headed by Rev. Fr. Gilbert B. Sales, CICM, OIC - Office of the President, joined officials from the CICM Provincialate and other CICM schools in the 2009 Meeting of the CICM - Provincial Committee on Education at Saint Louis School, Mandaue City, Cebu, June 25-27, 2009.

Aside from SLC and the host school SLS, other participants are Administrators of Saint Louis University (Baguio City); University of Saint Louis (Tuguegarao City); Saint Mary's University (Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya) and Maryhill School of Theology; with a grand total of 60 attendees.

Through plenary and sub-group meetings, the Annual General Assembly of CICM school Administrators aims to identify, deliberate and propose concrete recommendations relevant to the enhancement of vocation and animation, academics, finance, student development, research and management information systems; another highlight is the collaborative preparation for the 2nd CICM Frienship Meet, scheduled in January 2010, to be hosted by USL - Tuguegarao City.
