SLC honors 25 service awardees, 10 merit awardees, 3
retirees
With the
noble aim to acknowledge the service oriented and dedicated employees of Saint Louis College; SLC initiated the first Gawad
San Luis for Employees with the theme “Service Love Commitment Beyond Borders”
at the SLC Gymnasium, January 20, 2012.
A total of 25 service awardees
and 10 merit awardees were given due recognition during the said activity. Among
the 10- year service awardees include Mrs. Jeanely A. Esperanza, IT program
head of the College Department, with Elementary teachers Ms. Eden S. Caccam,

overall champion in 12th RHEPC
CALASIAO,
Pangasinan- The Louisian TORCH, official student publication of Saint Louis
College (SLC) amassed a total of 127 points in the individual and 189 points in
group category to emerge as the top performing school during the 12th
Regional Higher Education Press Conference (RHEPC) at the Pangasinan Regency
Hotel, November 23-25.
With
the theme, “Transformative Press and the Filipino character”, the Louisian TORCH
remained to be the Ilocos region’s finest in journalism after besting 19 other
competing Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) with a total of 183 budding
